The India Habitat Centre (IHC) is spread over nine acres of beautifully landscaped environs in the heart of New Delhi, India. The IHC has been conceived as an ideal physical environment with a range of facilities, in such a way that the 'habitat' wholly supports and maximises the effectiveness of individuals and institutions occupying the space at any point of time. The principal resolve of the Centre - "To restore at every level, environment and ecological, a balanced, harmonious and improved way of life" - is reflected in its concept and design.

Getting There

From Indira Gandhi International Airport

Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) is located 18 km south of IHC. Passengers can conveniently avail of pre-paid taxis at the International terminal (Terminal II) and the Domestic terminal. From the Railway Station

Three major railway stations serve New Delhi -- New Delhi, Old Delhi, Nizamuddin. Taxis, autos and buses are available from the stations to IHC.
